Feeling Tired -Week 20 of Pregnancy-

This is the beginning of week 20, and so far, I feel very good and very tired.
In the first trimester, I was nauseated a lot, but as soon as I found out I was pregnant (after 2 months and 3 weeks) I began eating more, and the nausea stopped. I slept more then, than I ever have. 16-18 hours a day, which for me is just insane (I can easily go with 5-7 hours normally)
From week 12, I have had pains in my groin, on the left side especially, but everything is fine so I don't worry about it. It's not a bad pain, it just stings. Other than that I have felt well and happy the whole time. I hear people say that they were really sick when pregnant, so far I haven't felt sick at all. The pains in the groin is there because of the uterus is stretching and growing making room for this little baby inside of you. -It is completely normal.
The last month has been quite nice, I have had days where my body has been absolutely worn out, but a day with total relaxation fixes that. I am happy, eating properly, feeling fine =)
I am allergic to pollen and basically; a lot of things in spring/summer time, and my doctor took away my Zyrtec pills and said that "we don't know the effect it has on a fetus" So I have been really out of breath some days. (And being pregnant = being out of breath a lot to begin with)
In week 19, my nipples turned really dark -almost black-ish. (Its a little weird, but normal)
I know that within a week or two, my belly will turn round, and look pregnant, as opposed to now, when it looks like I have been eating too many pizza's in my life... I have a belly, yes, but I can't wait till it turns round. (I find that so pretty!)
